Knowledgeable!
Very friendly and knowledgeable about computer glitches and hard to fix major problems! Talks to you about those problems at a level that matches your own tech level (or lack thereof!). Very reasonable rates and fast service. I would highly recommend PC Rescue Wiz.

Truly knows his way around computers!
fast! and truly knows his way around computers! really helpful with questions about work done and what can be upgraded. super friendly and very fast at working on some hard computer problems I can’t even fix and I KNOW computers but he tops my knowledge and skill!! will come back again if the need arises.

OH MY GOODNESS!
Called with a blank laptop screen and no idea what to do. Taps stepped me through some assessments and then said he’d be over shortly…and he was! He took the laptop with him and returned in a couple of hours with a working laptop! We will definitely use them again, and highly recommend them.
